Terms of service

These terms apply to every service we provide. Each product has its own terms, which add to these. Where a signed agreement or a quote you accepted says something different, that agreement prevails.

The terms for each product
They describe what is specific to the product: what it does, who owns what is in it, and how you leave.
Your account
Give accurate details, and keep your password and second factor to yourself.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what the AI assistants you connect do with your permissions.
If you suspect someone else is using it, tell us at once at info@nuzzodevstudio.com.
Using the services
Do not use them to break the law, or to store content that is unlawful or that you have no right to use.
Do not attack, probe or overload them; do not get around their limits or access controls; do not reach data that is not yours; do not resell them without an agreement with us.
We may suspend access to stop a breach of these rules or a threat to the service or to other people. We tell you why, unless the law or security prevents it.
What belongs to whom
Your content stays yours. You give us only the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the service.
The software, the names and the logos are ours. Using a service gives you the right to use it, not to them.
Availability
We work to keep the services available and announce planned maintenance. Unless an agreement sets service levels, we do not promise an uninterrupted service.
Liability
We are liable for damage we cause through wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow to be excluded.
Otherwise, towards business customers, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, and our total liability in a year is limited to what you paid us for the service in that year.
If you are a consumer
Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, and the court of the place where you live remains competent.
Ending
You can stop using a service and close your account at any time. We can end a free service with 30 days' notice; a paid one ends as its agreement says.
Changes
When we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell account holders by email or in the service at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not accept it, you can close your account before then.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law. For business customers, the court of our registered office has jurisdiction.
