One person answers.

That is a limit and a promise at the same time. You are not writing into a queue, and nobody will ask you to repeat the question to a second tier — but there is one working day between your message and the answer, not one minute.

Within one working day

Milan time, Monday to Friday. If something is actually broken, say so in the subject line and it jumps the rest.

One message, one person reading it. Tell us what you are trying to do — a rough idea is enough, and the details can wait.

What you write reaches one mailbox and stays there for as long as the conversation needs. Nothing else, and no mailing list — the privacy notice says it in full.

Quasar's documentation lives with the product, not on this website, and it is published as documented releases: a frozen set under a tag.

That is deliberate. A documentation page that follows the code as it is written describes something nobody is running yet — what you need is what shipped.

Until the first documented release is out, the answer to a documentation question is an email.
