Nuzzo Dev Studio — Milan, Italy
Software that can account for what it does.
We build two products. Quasar, project management for teams where people and AI agents do the work side by side. Stardust, an identity provider you run on your own servers. And, below that, custom software for companies whose processes fit nothing off the shelf.
The products
Quasar
An agent can open the issue, analyse it, do the work and close it. Quasar decides what it is allowed to do — and records who is answerable.
No work starts without an analysis
Moving an issue into progress requires a pre-analysis that lists every file read with its hash — and those hashes still have to match the code.
Nothing closes on a claim
Done needs a resolution and hours a person confirmed. A status on its own cannot declare a thing finished.
Every write carries a name
Work is recorded under the human who holds the key, and Quasar notes separately that an agent produced it. The agent declares neither.

Stardust
An identity provider you run on your own servers. The API is the product — and nothing happens in it that you cannot see.
Nothing is active unless declared
The panel, the MCP server, impersonation, notifications: off until an operator switches them on. A default never widens what somebody can do.
No sign-in without the person
No operation produces a session without one of the person's own factors — and every application gets its own identifier for them, nothing more.
A licence never stops a sign-in
When a licence ends, administration stops and people keep signing in. Passkeys and second factors are never under licence.
Evidence
The studio runs on Quasar.
Every decision behind this website is in Quasar: the architecture records, the estimates, the analyses verified against file hashes, the hours.
That is not a seeded demo. It is why the tool has the opinions it has — a tool whose author does not use it daily is a tool whose gaps nobody has found yet.
Also
Custom software, when nothing off the shelf fits.
Twenty years across manufacturing, pharmaceutical and regulated environments. The approach does not change: understand the problem before writing a line of code.
Core specialization
ERP & Management Software
Management software for companies in regulated industries or with complex processes — quality and non-conformance, integration with existing ERPs, configurable workflows, multi-tenant architectures. Environments where traceability and data reliability are not features but requirements.
Web App Development
React and Next.js applications, from prototype to production.
Backend & API
REST APIs, relational databases, AWS deployment with continuous delivery.
Delphi Development & Migration
Seven years in ERP and medical Delphi. Maintenance, or a gradual move to a web stack without losing the domain knowledge.
Technical Consulting
Code review, architectural choices, support for internal teams.
Technical Training
Sessions on the team's real code, not a generic course.
