Terms of service — Quasar

These terms apply to the hosted Quasar service at quasar.nuzzodevstudio.com, and add to the general terms of service.

Quasar is project management for teams where people and AI agents work side by side. What it does, and what it does not, is described in its public guide.

The organization that subscribes is our customer. Its administrators invite people, assign their roles and choose its settings, and they are responsible for who has access to what.

Every person who uses Quasar is bound by these terms.

It belongs to your organization. We process it only to provide the service and on your instructions, as your processor; a data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR is available on request at info@nuzzodevstudio.com.

We do not use your content for any other purpose, and we do not use it to train AI models.

You can connect AI assistants to Quasar. Each acts with the permissions of the person who connected it, and what it does is recorded and attributed to that person. You are responsible for the assistants you connect and for what you ask them to do.

Decisions that belong to a person — accepting a document, confirming hours — stay in the web app.

The providers of the assistants are third parties, under their own terms. We are not responsible for what their models produce.

As shown on the pricing page or in the quote you accept. Where the two differ, the quote prevails.

How the service is monitored and backed up is described in the guide. Service credits apply only where a signed agreement provides them.

We may suspend an organization for non-payment after a written reminder, or at once to stop a security threat or a breach of these terms.

You can leave at any time. On request we export the whole organization; it is then deleted after a 30-day grace period, and the backups that still contain it expire within 7 days.

An installation on your own servers is governed by its own licence agreement, not by these terms.
