Privacy notice — this website
Last updated: 4 November 2026
This notice covers nuzzodevstudio.com, and adds to the main privacy notice. It is short because the website does little: it serves pages, remembers two preferences, and carries the messages you send us.
What this website collects
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party scripts. Nothing on these pages profiles you or follows you elsewhere.
Two functional cookies hold your language and your theme. They are described on the cookies page.
The server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary access logs — address, time, page, user agent — for security and to keep the thing running. They are not used to build a profile.
The contact form
The form on the support page sends your name, your email address and your message to our mailbox, info@nuzzodevstudio.com, through Amazon SES in Ireland. The website itself keeps nothing of it.
To stop abuse without a third-party captcha, the server counts how many messages come from one IP address in ten minutes. The address is kept only in the server's memory for that, and never written down.
When you write to us
A message — by email or through the form — stays in the mailbox it arrived in for as long as the conversation, or the contract that follows it, needs. We use it to answer you, as you asked.
It is not passed to anyone who is not answering you, and it never becomes a mailing list.
Where the data sits
The website runs on servers in the European Union, and the form's email leaves from Ireland.
Responsibility and your rights
Who is responsible, who handles data for us and how to exercise your rights are on the main privacy notice.
