Projects
Every project starts from a real problem. Here I share the context, the technical choices and the results — unfiltered.
Non-conformance management platform
An engineering & consulting company was managing non-conformances for its clients in a fragmented and inconsistent way — each client with their own procedures, tools and formats. No centralization, no structured history, no aggregated analysis.
Solution
A full stack platform that centralizes and standardizes the entire non-conformance workflow across all the company's clients. From detection to closure: content enrichment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, bidirectional reporting throughout the supply chain.
Results
- → Unified process for all clients, regardless of industry
- → Structured and searchable history for every non-conformance
- → Business analysis tools on aggregated data
- → Centralized communication between the company and end clients
Global-scale analyzer management system
Desktop software distributed across hospitals, clinics and laboratories in Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. A context where data reliability and change traceability are not details — they are regulatory requirements.
Solution
I contributed to the development of configuration traceability tools — who changed what, when and why. In a medical software product distributed worldwide, every configuration change must be auditable and fully reconstructible at any time.
Results
- → Complete traceability of configuration changes
- → Compliance with regulatory requirements in international hospital environments
- → Contribution to a product distributed across dozens of countries on three continents
Enterprise ERP migration and modernization
ERP for the manufacturing sector with a codebase of approximately 15 years. The software managed critical production processes for enterprise clients — a context where code stability matters as much as new features.
Solution
I led the migration of the entire codebase from Delphi 7 to Delphi 12, coordinating a team of six developers. My role was officially senior developer, but in practice I operated as team leader — setting priorities, resolving architectural blockers and ensuring product continuity throughout the transition.
Results
- → Full migration of an enterprise codebase from Delphi 7 to Delphi 12
- → Product continuity maintained throughout the entire transition
- → Coordination of a team of six developers
- → Architecture modernization without service interruption for clients
